Notes:

1. Thermistors and their temperature sensors should be avoided as much as possible in environments with rapid temperature changes to prevent aging.

2. The current flowing through the thermistor and its temperature sensor can cause the component to generate heat and generate a temperature difference, so please consider this factor before selecting. (When the heating value of the component itself is 1/10 of the dissipation coefficient δ (mW/℃), the temperature difference is 0.1 ℃, and when it is 1/100 of δ, the temperature difference is 0.01 ℃.)

3. Due to poor insulation, electrostatic induction, and incorrect wiring in the use of electric furnaces, excessive current flowing through thermistors and temperature sensors can cause damage. It is necessary to pay attention to the connection method and avoid excessive current flowing through thermistors or temperature sensors.

4. After 5S (second), the sensitive word should be measured again for more than 7S (second).

5. When the usage environment requires rapid measurement and high accuracy, the specification model with small volume and small time constant should be selected.

6. If there are water droplets, dust, or ionic compounds generated by condensation between the leads or on the surface of the insulator, it will cause a decrease or instability in its resistance value, resulting in measurement errors. Therefore, moisture-proof and insulation treatment should be carried out to keep it dry.
